This page tells you the terms and conditions which we supply all the products on our website. By ordering any of the Products you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
AnaMariaDesign tries to describe the items of goods as accurately as possible, including images and measurements. If you would like more details about an item then please email AnaMariaDesign, and we will be glad to help.
Payments & Ownership of Goods:
-All prices quoted are Pounds Sterling.
-Once you have received my confirmation e-mail of the goods you have purchased, goods will be dispatched when full payment has been confirmed as received and cleared.
All items will remain the property of AnaMariaDesign until the final payment including delivery charge has been made and received. Products are at your own risk from time of delivery.
Delivery:
-We aim to dispatch all orders for stock items by the date specified in confirmation order unless otherwise specified.
-Delivery charges will be added to the amount your purchase.
Guidance:
-All UK orders are subject to a delivery charge of £7-£10 depending on amount of items purchased.
-All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
-All overseas orders are subject to a delivery charge of £20 or more depending on amount of items purchased.
-Deliveries outside the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Bespoke Orders:
-Bespoke orders will be accepted by prior agreement only.
-We cannot guarantee the time it will take for jewellery to be produced by bespoke order as it depends on material quantity available at time of order. However we endeavour to produce an estimate on confirmation of order.
-We must receive full and cleared funds before order has been dispatched. We may send a sample prior to dispatch of order.
-We cannot accept returns on bespoke orders or offer refund.
-A deposit may be required if non-stock items are required to create your jewellery.
Colours:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of The Products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Ownership and Warranty:
-We shall retain all right, title and interest in the names, logos, trademark, service marks, trade dress, copyrights and proprietary technology of AnaMariaDesign.
-We warrant that all Products supplied are my own work and contains no violation of any existing copyright, design right, trade mark or other third party right.
-We warrant that all Products supplied will be of satisfactory quality and will not cause injury or damage if used correctly.
Sale or Return Policy:
-Sales must be paid in to account at 30 day intervals of sale forecast produced by the seller.
-We retain the right of any goods supplied on a sale/return basis until full payments have been received.
Wholesale Price Changes:
-We will give a two week notice of any wholesale price changes.
-A link will be added to my personal website of where Products are being sold.
-We reserve the rite if any goods supplied on a sale or return basis until full payments are received.
Payment:
-We accept payment only through PayPal, cheques and direct transfers in to my personal account/business account.
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, products must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must be in a sellable condition. Postage and Packaging will not be refunded.
Modifications:
If you require the product to be shortened or lengthened to an exact measurement, please advise in writing before purchasing and we will be more than happy to do so.
Other:
AnaMariaDesign reserves the right to cancel any order without cause or reason, and refund the cost.
Jewellery – Terms of Use:
AnaMariaDesign warrants that all goods supplied will be of satisfactory quality and will not cause injury or damage if used correctly.
Jewellery should not be washed, this may cause discolouring.
Lighting – Terms of Use:
AnaMariaDesign warrants that all goods supplied will be of satisfactory quality and will not cause injury or damage if used correctly.
Lighting (Noose) is wall mountable and comes with two hook fittings to enable the placement of the Light to be hung and positioned on wall at desired height.
The light must not be placed on a flat surface and switched on.
